A Few Questions:
Ok,so it's our goal to help you learn and then begin earning:
Residual income, Leveraged income and Compound Interest.
Residual Income
Example #1 :
A good example of residual income would be NetFlix for example. Having a subscription with Netflix
means that you’re paying at least $20 every month for their service. And so they earn $20 residual
income from us each month. I want to show you how you can earn residual Income instead of
having to be the one paying.

Example #2 :
When you pay rent, the owners earn residual income from us. For instance, if the mortgage
is $2500 a month and then they charge us $2700 monthly rent, the owners are paying their
mortgage down each month as well as earning 200 additional dollars in residual income.

Example #3 :
When you’re working a job, for instance, let’s say that you’re earning $25 an hour. However, the
company is probably earning $30 or $35 an hour from our work. So the company is earning
$5 to $10 residual income every hour that we work. So the key takeaway from this is you’re either
creating leverage or you’re being leveraged. Doesn’t that make you want to be the one creating the
leverage instead of being leveraged?

NOTE:
Just one note about earning residual income. You’ll notice that it’s only the people who invest at
the beginning who are earning residual income. For instance, Netflix had to invest before it
started earning. So it figures that if we want to earn residual income, we need to invest too.

can help you earn residual income, leverage income, and then be able to save up and have our money
start working for us with interest.

LEVERAGED INCOME
Ok, so the next kind of income I want to share with you is about creating leveraged income.
Are you familiar with leveraged income?
So there are many different definitions of leveraged income. However, this is what I think of
when I think about leveraged income: I think of someone at the top of Coca-Cola who earns a
penny from every Coca-Cola sold throughout the world. Wouldn’t you want to be the one earning that?
Sounds amazing right! Well, we want to teach you how to not only earn residual
income but leveraged income too!

EARNING INTEREST
Now we want to show you how to begin making your money work for you - instead of you
working so hard for your money.
There’s a really cool program out there called SOFI, and it helps you earn 3.8 percent a year on your money.
Now most banks won’t even pay you 1% on your money, never mind 3.8%!
Now that’s a good way to start earning interest on your money without having to learn skills
working the stock market (for example).
However, if you want to save up to 50K in five years, you just need to save $10 a day and earn
around 1.5% - 4% interest on your money each month (not per year). We’ll show you how to do
this as you move further through the program. Also, you can earn $500 - $600 a month on 50K each month
at this level. If you can create 4% a month, this will earn you $2000 a month.

THE FORTUNE 500 COMPANIES
Earning Free Money for a Simple Action with SOFI
SOFI is a great example of this. So, for simply opening a free account,
transferring $50 from your own bank account to your new SOFI savings and checking
account, SOFI will pay you $25 for that simple action. Keep in mind, you're not
spending any money, and your $50 in your SOFI account can still be used to pay for things
with a virtual SOFI bank card or with a physical card that you get in the mail.*
You also earn $75 every time you refer someone who completes this same action!

TWO HELPFUL THOUGHTS:
One: This $25 is free and helps you get free money that you can use
as "seed money" to begin your new business.
Two: You can refer others that you know, or learn real marketing
skills (which we will teach you) to reach thousands of people (over time) whom you don't know now.
Earning Free Money for a Simple Action with RAKUTEN.
Rakuten makes it easy to earn also. Take my story for example:
I joined Rakuten for free, connected my credit card to the system (they don't charge you).
Then I searched for a way to buy something I liked from a store I frequently use.
I chose Subway in this instance and bought a Subway gift card that I could use
for myself. I paid around $32 for the gift card and noticed that as soon as it
registered with Rakuten, they paid me $30 back into my Rakuten account. So
I got a $30 meal completely free!
I then proceeded to tell my wife about it (you can refer friends or learn real
marketing skills and refer others you don't know) and asked her if she
wanted to earn $30 worth of free clothes. She said she would like that!
So I gave her my Rakuten link, and she joined. she then connected her credit
card just like I did, went and got $30 worth of free clothes from a store she
shops at often (and that is connected with Rakuten) and then got her
$30 back too. So her clothes were free also. Rakuten then proceeded to
pay me $30 for referring her.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU:
Between SOFI and Rakuten, you can earn $105 from each person
who completes these two actions. What I realized is that anyone
can get good at marketing (or anything really) if you give yourself 20 hours to learn.
So if you give yourself a week to learn, you will start to create a RATIO for yourself.
A ration means that out of every 10 people you share this with, you will earn one.
or two or three or more.
So if you refer one in a day, that's $105
So if you refer two in a day, that's $210
If you refer three in a day, that's $315
It's all in the ratio!
And we're not even talking about the automatic monthly income
you will start earning from residual income or leveraged income
from the efforts of your team.*
