This script is based on marketing strategies to give you leverage and help you keep your leverage. Even though you may improvise and change the script or ad to the script, be careful not to give away your leverage. Leverage is what keeps them responding to you and coming back. Being vulnerable is usually a good thing but not so much during this initial process. Being vulnerable will erase your leverage but help you build a relationship. However, you will probably lose them this soon in the game. We advise to save your vulnerability till after they join and when you first welcome them to the team and talk with them on the phone.

If you share the name of the company right away, then it will bring a lot of questions that you may or may not be able to answer and most likely it will turn into a sales discussion or you will need to speak with them on the phone to explain everything. One thing my mentor shared with me that changed my life was a quote from Robert Kiyosaki. He didn’t say it exactly but my mentor shared with me how most people (poor and middle class) work their whole life for money. But that the rich don’t do that.
