CHAPTER ONE

"Forty-one failures. Forty-one programs. Thousands of dollars. Hundreds of sleepless nights. And then — at

3 AM, flat Dr Pepper in hand, head dropping toward the keyboard — Robin's world went dark. And when he opened his eyes, everything had changed."

After twenty years of pouring himself into others, Robin Thompson finally has the freedom he craved—and it’s killing him. Caught in the relentless glow of his computer monitor, he is chasing a "proven system" that feels more like a black hole than a bridge to the life he promised his wife.

But when the exhaustion finally breaks him, he wakes to find himself standing before an ancient, glowing archway that poses a question he thought he had already answered. It’s a threshold between shortcuts to make a little money quickly and making solid money consistently by learning real skills. This forces Robin to realize that while he may finally know who he is, he has no idea what he is doing.

----"In his mind's eye, he was already that guy on the screen—the one lounging in Cabo San Lucas, working a few hours a day while his "Auto-Done-For-You" system raked in the cash."

"But right now, at 3:26 a.m., with another failed campaign staring him down, those big dreams felt a million miles away."
